Santwell Membrane Sensor Load Cell

The TJH-14 load cell, produced by Santwell, is a high-precision membrane sensor load cell designed for reliable force detection. This load cell is made of stainless steel, featuring strong anti-biased load ability and double seal—qualities that make the load cell suitable for various harsh environment force value detection tasks. The load cell offers a rated load range from 5kN to 300kN, with a comprehensive precision of 0.03-0.1% F-S and a sensitivity of 2.0 mV/V that ensures accurate measurements. It has excellent creep characteristics of ±0.03% F-S/30min and a zero output of ±1% F-S, further enhancing the load cell’s reliability. The temperature effect on zero and output for the load cell is ±0.03% F-S/10°C, and the load cell operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +65°C, adapting to diverse working conditions. The input resistance of the load cell is 380±10Ω or 750±15Ω, and its output resistance is 350±3Ω or 700±5Ω, with an insulation resistance of >5000MΩ. The safe load limit for the load cell is 150% F-S, and the suggested bridge voltage for the load cell is 10V DC, optimizing its performance.
