The DHM9B load cell is a high-precision dual shear beam load cell constructed from nickel-plated alloy steel, featuring an IP68 protection class. It is designed for use in various industrial weighing applications, with an accuracy class of OIML R60 C3.
 
In terms of performance, the DHM9B load cell offers a maximum capacity (Emax) ranging from 10t to 50t. It provides a combined error of ±0.023%FS and a zero balance of ±1.5%FS, ensuring accurate and stable measurements over time. The output sensitivity is 2.0±0.002 mV/V.
 
Electrical specifications include an input terminal resistance of 750±7Ω and an output terminal resistance of 700±7Ω. The insulation impedance is ≥5000MΩ at 50VDC. The recommended excitation voltage is 5-12V (DC), with a maximum of 18V (DC). The safe overload capacity is 150% of Emax, and the ultimate overload capacity is 300% of Emax.
 
The compensated temperature range is -10 to +40°C, and the operating temperature range is -35 to +65°C. The storage temperature range is -40 to +90°C. The element material is alloy steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
