Santwell Column Type Load Cell

The CMJB load cell, manufactured by Santwell, is a high-precision column-type load cell engineered for demanding industrial weighing applications. It has a maximum capacity range of 1t to 30t, with a minimum verification interval of 0.0200% of the maximum capacity, ensuring exceptional measurement accuracy.

In terms of performance, the CMJB load cell offers a sensitivity of 2.0 ± 0.002 mV/V and a zero balance of 0 ± 0.02 mV/V. It exhibits minimal temperature effects on both zero balance and sensitivity, with a variation of ± 0.02% of the rated output per 10K temperature change. Non-linearity, hysteresis, and creep over 30 minutes are all within ± 0.03% of the rated output, guaranteeing reliable and consistent performance.

The load cell features a robust alloy steel construction, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. It has an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for use in wet and dusty conditions. The input resistance is 400 ± 20 Ω, and the output resistance is 352 ± 3 Ω, with an excitation voltage range of 5-15V DC.
