The XK3118K8 is a high-precision weighing display controller designed with industrial reliability in mind. As a Class III accuracy device, this controller utilizes Σ-Δ technology to achieve 24-bit AD conversion, delivering a resolution of 15,000,000. The controller ensures that measurement deviations are consistently maintained between 3% and 5%, balancing precision and practicality for trustworthy performance. It supports a DC +5V load cell bridge voltage and is compatible with 1 to 12 pieces of 350Ω resistance strain gauge load cells. A key feature of this controller is its 6-wire connection system, which enables accurate long-distance compensation for spans up to 50m.

In terms of communication, the controller offers RS232C and RS485 transmission modes, with baud rates selectable from 600 to 9600. Transmission distances extend up to 30m for RS232 and 1200m for RS485. Housed in a durable stainless-steel enclosure, the controller includes a high-brightness display, user-friendly large buttons, and a standard parallel print port compatible with TpuP16 mini-printers. It operates on an AC 110–220V, 50–60Hz power supply. With multiple division options (1/2/5/10/20/50/100) and comprehensive status indicators—including 7-unit LEDs, 7 state lights, and 3 power lights—this controller is engineered to meet a wide range of industrial weighing requirements.
