The LFT spoke style load cell, manufactured by Ningbo Santwell Import & Export Co., Ltd., is engineered for precise force measurement. Constructed from alloy steel, it offers a rated load range of 0.5t to 60t, catering to diverse industrial weighing needs. With a sensitivity of 2.0000 ± 0.002mV/V, total error within ± 0.02% F.S, and creep of ± 0.02% F.S over 30 minutes, it ensures high accuracy. The load cell supports an excitation voltage of 5V - 18V (AC or DC, max 24V) and features input impedance of 775 ± 10Ω, output impedance of 700 ± 5Ω, and insulation impedance ≥ 5000MΩ. It operates in a temperature range of -30~+70℃, with compensation from -20~+60℃, and temp effects on load and zero at ± 0.02% F.S/10℃. Boasting IP67 and IP68 protection grades, it resists harsh environments, with a safe overload of 150% F.S and ultimate overload of 200% F.S, meeting GB/T7551 - 2008/OIML R60 standards for reliable, consistent performance in commercial and industrial weighing applications.
