Santwell Column Type Load Cell

The CMTB load cell, produced by Ningbo Santwell Import & Export Co., Ltd., is a high-precision column type load cell. It is constructed from stainless steel or alloy steel with a stainless steel housing, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The load cell has an IP68 protection class, making it suitable for use in harsh environments where it may be exposed to dust and water immersion.

In terms of accuracy, the CMTB load cell complies with OIML R60 standards and is available in C2 and C3 accuracy classes. The maximum capacity (Emax) ranges from 5t to 30t, with a minimum load cell verification interval of 0.0200% of Emax for 5t and 0.0100% of Emax for 10t, 20t, and 30t. The sensitivity is 2.0±0.002 mV/V, and the zero balance is 0±0.02 mV/V. The temperature effect on zero balance and sensitivity is ±0.02% of Cn/10K for C2 class and ±0.0170% of Cn/10K for C3 class. Hysteresis error is ±0.0270% of Cn for C2 and ±0.0180% of Cn for C3. Non-linearity is ±0.0250% of Cn for C2 and ±0.0167% of Cn for C3. Creep over 30 minutes is ±0.03% of Cn for C2 and ±0.0167% of Cn for C3.

The nominal excitation voltage range is 5-15 V. The input resistance (RL) is 400±10 Ω, and the output resistance (Ro) is 352±3 Ω. The insulation resistance (Ris) at 50 Vdc is ≥5000 MΩ. The safe load limit (EL) is 150% of Emax, and the breaking load (Ed) is 250% of Emax. The service temperature range is -30 to +70 °C.
