The CMTD load cell is a high-precision column-type sensor engineered for heavy-duty weighing applications. Built with stainless steel or alloy steel housing, this load cell offers exceptional durability and resistance to harsh environments, boasting an IP68 protection rating for reliable operation in challenging conditions.

Available in capacities ranging from 10t to 50t, the CMTD load cell ensures accuracy with C2 and C3 accuracy classes. The load cell’s technical performance is marked by a sensitivity of 2.0±0.002 mV/V and minimal zero balance of 0±0.02 mV/V. Temperature effects on the load cell’s zero balance and sensitivity are controlled within ±0.02% and ±0.0170% of rated output per 10K, respectively. Non-linearity and hysteresis errors of the load cell are limited to ±0.0250% and ±0.0270% of Cn, ensuring consistent measurement precision.

With an excitation voltage range of 5-12V and input/output resistances of 700±20Ω and 703±3Ω, the CMTD load cell integrates seamlessly into industrial weighing systems. The load cell operates reliably across a wide temperature spectrum (-30°C to +70°C) while maintaining insulation resistance exceeding 5000MΩ at 50Vdc. The load cell supports safe overloads up to 150% of capacity and withstands breaking loads up to 250% of EMAX, making this load cell ideal for truck scales, railway scales, axle wheel scales, and floor scales requiring robust, accurate force measurement.
