The CMF1 load cell, developed by Santwell, is a canister-style load cell made of alloy steel, offering exceptional durability and stability. It is engineered for high-capacity load measurement, with a rated load spanning from 150kN to 5000kN.

In terms of technical specifications, the CMF1 exhibits a sensitivity of 1.5-2.0 mV/V and a creep of ±0.05% F.S./30min, ensuring long-term measurement accuracy. The comprehensive precision is 0.05-0.1% F.S., making it suitable for applications requiring high accuracy. The load cell operates effectively within a temperature range of -20°C to +65°C, with minimal temperature effects on zero (±0.03% F.S./10°C) and output (+0.03% F.S./10°C). It features an input resistance of 380±30Ω or 750±50Ω, an output resistance of 350±30Ω or 700±50Ω, and an insulation resistance exceeding 5000 MΩ. The safe load limit is 150% F.S., and the bridge voltage is 10V DC.
