The SPA load cell, manufactured by Santwell, is a high-precision single-point load cell constructed from alloy steel, ensuring durability and stability. It boasts an IP65 protection class, making it resistant to dust and water jets, suitable for various industrial environments.

With a maximum capacity range from 250kg to 1000kg, it offers high accuracy, conforming to OIML R60 C2 and C3 classes. Key technical parameters include a sensitivity of 2.0±0.2 mV/V, a zero balance of 0±0.1 mV/V, and minimal errors such as hysteresis (±0.02% of Cn) and non-linearity (±0.0270% of Cn). The load cell operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and has a safe load limit of 120% of Emax and a breaking load of 200% of Emax. It features an excitation voltage range of 5-15V, input resistance of 400±15Ω, and output resistance of 352±3Ω, with an insulation resistance of ≥5000 MΩ at 50Vdc.
