Santwell Singel Point Load Cell

The SPC-SS load cell, produced by Santwell, is a high-precision single-point load cell made of stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It features an IP67 protection class, providing complete protection against dust and temporary immersion in water, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.

With a maximum capacity ranging from 250kg to 1000kg, the SPC-SS offers high accuracy with an accuracy class of 0.03 and 0.05. Key technical parameters include a sensitivity of 2.0±0.2 mV/V, a zero balance of 0±0.1 mV/V, and minimal errors such as hysteresis (±0.02% of Cn) and non-linearity (±0.0270% of Cn). The load cell operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and has a safe load limit of 120% of Emax and a breaking load of 200% of Emax. It features an excitation voltage range of 5-15V, input resistance of 400±20Ω, and output resistance of 352±3Ω, with an insulation resistance of ≥5000 MΩ at 50Vdc.
