Canister Style Load Cell

The CMJ-SS load cell, a canister-style model from Santwell, is a high-precision compression/tension load cell designed for industrial applications. It has an accuracy class of C2 and a maximum capacity range of 10t to 100t, with a minimum verification interval ratio of 5000, ensuring precise measurements.

This load cell features a robust stainless steel construction, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. It has an IP68 protection rating, making it suitable for use in wet and dusty conditions. The output sensitivity is 1.5 ± 0.003 mV/V, with a combined error of ± 0.030% FS, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.

The CMJ-SS load cell also exhibits excellent overload capacity, with a safe overload of 150% of the maximum capacity and an ultimate overload of 300% of the maximum capacity. It has a recommended excitation voltage of 5-12V DC and a maximum excitation voltage of 18V DC. The input impedance is 700 ± 7 Ω, and the output impedance is 703 ± 4 Ω, with an insulation impedance of ≥ 5000 MΩ at 50V DC.
